In the upgraded outdoor space, you'll be greeted with views of Black Mountain (great hiking location), a large putting green with "sand pit", a heated pool with in-pool seating/bar, hot tub, BBQ grill, and 2 huge covered patios with outdoor dining, TV, and plenty of seating.

Comfortability and relaxation is top of mind with this interior space of this home. Quality furnishings, high end mattresses, large chefs kitchen, and spacious great room for everyone to gather. You can't beat it! This residence is split into 2 buildings - the main house having 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & 1 half bathroom, and a kitchen. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, its own kitchen, and a huge game room. Inside the large - air controlled game room you'll find a billiards table, ping pong table, air hockey table, additional seating, and a wall TV - WOW!

VacayAZ offers all the conveniences of a fine hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and much,much more.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.

Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

‍No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.

Must be at least 27 years old to book.

Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.

Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

‍Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
