Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautiful, full of amenities, and super clean. We had the best time just hanging at the house in the pool and playing pickleball. The host was super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed (which wasn’t a lot because we had everything at the house)! I couldn’t recommend this property more, and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends when they visit Scottsdale!

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

We have several age groups in our family and they were able to have their own areas to relax and enjoy each other. Delightful indeed! We were in town for a wedding and shared this home with 5 couples. It accommodated all our needs and had every amenity you would need for a desert getaway. The home is spacious allowing 10 people to move about in kitchen easily, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms updated, wifi excellent, furniture clean and location is great. Our family enjoyed the relaxing accommodations of this property. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

We booked this home primarily because of the location to Pinnacle Peak, which we love to hike, and we were not disappointed. There is a stunning view of PP from the backyard, and the sun rose up from behind it every morning. What a gift. It's walkable to the backside/end of the trailhead, which made for a nice reverse hike up the back side of the mountain--and a stop for lunch at the Four Seasons Resort on the other side before returning.
The home was perfect--super clean, modern, clutter free and yet had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again and found the hosts to be responsive and thoughtful. The home is even better in person--the photos, as great as they are, don't do it complete justice. This is your spot if you want a peaceful, restorative vacation from the world--just a few minutes drive from everything Scottsdale has to offer.

We stayed here with a group of 5 for a ladies weekend away. We were blown away by this property from the moment we drove up to it! It is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool all day and evening! Our first trip where we didn't want to leave the house the whole time we were there. We are definitely going to be coming back!

The manager was super responsive and helpful and accommodating to our group. We had a great time. The place was super clean and very peaceful. Loved it.

This place was PERFECT for our girls weekend vaca. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. The views were amazing. Get to watch the sunset from the patio and hot tub every night. Walk out the back door to local trails. It’s a neighborhood but we felt we had plenty of privacy.
